How do I use my DigiTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit Kettle's Yard in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

What happens if I've booked on to a free event or visit and I can no longer attend?

We would be very grateful if you could let us know if you can no longer attend, please email (link to mail@kettlesyard.cam.ac.uk) us with the details of your booking and we will release your tickets for others to use.

Is there wheelchair access?

The Galleries are fully wheelchair accessible however we regret that the House and cafe are not fully wheelchair accessible, please call us for further details or see kettlesyard.co.uk/access. Most events are wheelchair accessible.

Can I purchase a ticket at Kettle's Yard or on the day?

If there are spaces available you can book tickets on the door or on the day, but if we are full, then you cannot. You can book at Kettle's Yard for another date.
