Please bring proof of membership for concession tickets where requested (e.g. Friends of Kettle’s Yard Membership, Art Fund, Museums Association, Open House card). Memberships must be valid at the date of visiting or date of event for discounted rates, otherwise full charges will apply.

House ticket amendments
If you create a DigiTickets account when purchasing tickets to visit the house at Kettle’s Yard (or login to an existing account), you have the option to amend the date or time of your visit, subject to availability, up to 24hrs before your visit time.
Amendments to tickets are subject to a £2.00 administration fee.
Tickets cannot be refunded. If you select to move tickets to a date or time with a more expensive price, you will need to pay the difference in addition to the administration fee.
Customer amendments are not available for house tickets when purchased through guest checkout without creating an account.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel tickets for visiting the house, or for any exhibitions, events or workshops, please email mail@kettlesyard.cam.ac.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for customer cancellations.
If an event is cancelled by us, we will contact ticket holders as soon as is possible. Where possible, we will offer an alternative date to move tickets to. If we are unable to offer an alternative date or an alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be offered.
