Pre-booked tickets are non-refundable.
We also have walk up tickets available each day on a first come, first served basis.
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your alloted entry time.
Booking a house ticket also gives you entry to the exhibition in the galleries.

Important information for your visit to the house and galleries:

Due to conservation and security reasons, no bags, including handbags, or large coats are allowed in the house. Please leave bags at home where possible. If you do bring a bag it will be kept behind the desk until your house visit is complete.

No food or drink are allowed in the house and galleries.

Photography is encouraged but we ask that you do not use flash. Commercial photography and filming are not allowed unless advance permission is given.
